Terms for using Politangle.

The operator is TSquare Ventures LLC. Governing law, consumer-dispute information, direct electronic contact and final commercial details still require completion and qualified legal review before these terms are relied on for a public paid service.

Politangle is an educational and self-exploration service. BELIEVE results describe patterns generated by the current model; they are not voting advice, a diagnosis, a guarantee of political identity or a professional assessment.

You may take your first Quick assessment without an account. A free account is required before starting a new independent Quick run after that first completed run. Registration itself is free.

Under the current architecture, your BELIEVE answers and political profile are not deliberately attached to your account.

The glossary and practice activities are free. Certified attempts are also free, subject to the published attempt limits and release controls. Certification is available to users who confirm they are at least 18 and satisfy the applicable account requirements.

A personalized certificate is a separate paid product available only after the required certification result has been achieved. The applicable price, taxes and material conditions must be shown before purchase. A successful test does not itself create a payment obligation.

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• Do not impersonate another person, interfere with the service, automate abusive traffic, bypass attempt controls or misuse certificates.
• Do not submit another person’s sensitive information without an appropriate basis and permission.

Politangle may improve questions, explanations, scoring methods and features. Material assessment changes should be versioned so earlier results are not silently represented as identical to a materially different model. Temporary interruptions can occur for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

The Politangle name, interface, original explanatory material, question-bank content and software are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Personal, non-commercial use does not transfer ownership of that material.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where a paid digital certificate is supplied immediately, the checkout flow must obtain any consent and acknowledgment required by applicable consumer law before relying on an early expiry of a withdrawal right. The final refund policy must match the actual checkout and delivery process.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Final liability language, governing law, venue and any consumer-dispute information must be completed after the operator and launch markets are confirmed.
